Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy only applies to purchases directly from the Mythic Expeditions Press (MXP) webstore, within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds

All sales are final. We don’t offer refunds on purchases.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at support@mythicexpeditions.com and we’ll send you instructions for mailing back your damaged or defective item.

Shipping returns

To return your product, send us an email at support@mythicexpeditions.com and we’ll send you instructions for mailing your damaged or defective item back to MXP.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
